And that's really the "$64 dollar question" as they say, isn't it? Your marketing budget is limited, and you need to be sure that you are getting the MOST bang for your buck!
Traditional marketing is what we call "a race to the top." A contest to see who can spend the most on their campaigns and develop the slickest, most professional, (most expensive) campaign. Here's the problem with that... You will NEVER be able to outspend Amazon, Ford, GE or any other major company!
You need a different strategy if you want to have even a hope of competing with the big boys!
That's where we come in... Guerrilla marketing levels the playing field. With our unique tactics we can overcome the limiting factors that handicap small to medium sized businesses hoping to compete with major players. Tell me if this sounds familiar? You (Mom and Pop's Local Service) offer a great deal with the MOST value, only to get beaten by the massive chain because they outspent you and had more exposure. It's infuriating! But it doesn't have to be that way.
BUT HOW COULD DAVID EVER BEAT GOLIATH? ...When David faced Goliath of Gath, the giant Goliath had EVERY possible advantage. Clad in hundreds of pounds of impenetrable iron armor, he was the walking embodiment of "10-feet tall and bulletproof." The best weapons available at the time were at his disposal and the battle seemed as certain a victory as could be predicted! (...Sound familiar?)
So what happened!? What advantage could a scrawny shepherd with a slingshot have over the MOST powerful warrior on Earth?
HE WAS A GUERRILLA! He had battled grizzly bears barehanded in the backwoods, honing his fighting skills in the arena of life. When offered the same weapons as Goliath by the cowardly King Saul he refused them, opting instead for his guerrilla tactics of speed and agility. And the rest, as they say, is history. A simple set of guerrilla fighting skills felled the great beast Goliath, and David, the Warrior King was born!
Another example: When the British army tried to beat the American Colonists in the 1700s they found out how effective Guerrilla tactics are the hard way! The mightiest fighting force in the world showed up with the red coats and shiny cannons, massive armies marching to the beat of "God Save the Queen"... Only to find the battlefields empty. Then out of nowhere, the American guerrillas would ambush them, using the element of surprise and their superior wits to overwhelm an army with vastly superior resources!
This is the concept of of Guerrilla marketing. You will never beat the big boys head-to-head. But with our strategies and tactics, you can take them on, and you can beat them! Not at their own game... but at a new game where we don't play by their rules! We make our own!
